Ever see people carrying mineral water bottles filled with slices of lemon or other fruits? Mineral water combined with fruits rich in antioxidants, such as pomegranate and strawberries, considered to be a powerful tool against the effects of aging.

Though some of these types of drinks tend to make, the body become more fluid deficit due to its caffeine content. Additionally, these drinks, especially bottled beverages are expensive, contain a high sugar content, and add more calories than mineral water. Infused with water, they can take the mineral water with a variety of different flavors that can be changed every day by the choice of the desired fruits. Here are some of the menus that can be tried.
- Prepare two pieces of lemon, thinly sliced half cucumber, 10-12 mint leaves, put in 3 liters of water. Stir, cover tightly, and store in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Make sure infused water is not too acidic. If sour, add water.
