Healthy Diet : 6 types of low-calorie Snacks are delicious & Nutritious

Lately a lot of people are beginning to be aware of the effects of sugar on health and began to try to reduce as well as wary of their sugar intake/calories.
Most of the calories that go into our body comes from a snack or a light meal, such as milkshakes, sugar dusted donut, chocolate, candy, ice cream, sweet biscuits, soft drink, waffles, cakes, and more.
Some of the examples above are a type of snacks that contain lots of calories and often consumed, both by children and adults.
A variety of these foods can cause problems such as cavities, diabetes, obesity, weight loss that grew or other health problems.
This encourages people to change their eating habits and began to turn to low-calorie options either in food, drink, or snack.
This article provides a list of snacks low in sugar/calories, that can be eaten between meals, and of course also nutritious and delicious.
1. Small bowl of Mixed Nuts and dried fruits
Make a mixture of almonds, pistachios, walnuts and peanuts kapri (6 to 7 each bean), mix with a few raisins and dried figs and enjoy a healthy crunchy snack.
Beans are a source of essential fatty acids, minerals and vitamins, while the raisins and figs is an antioxidant-rich snacks.
2. Eggs
Most people seem to avoid eggs for fear of cholesterol, but this is just a myth.
Eggs not raise LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol), but gives good cholesterol which is essential for the metabolism of fat.
For adults, eat eggs one or two grains per day will not give any problems. We can make a vegetable omelet sandwiches, eggs, boiled eggs, salad or just eat eggs fried egg.
3. Fruit Salad
Cut the banana, Apple, mango, melon or watermelon to enjoy the delicious fruit snack.
We can also enjoy oranges, grapes, plums or fruits rich in vitamin C (do not mix with sweet fruits).
Eat fruits will make us feel full, fresh, and energetic. The fruit is rich in minerals and vitamins that contribute to health in General.
4. Fresh Vegetable Salad
We can make a vegetable salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, carrots, beans, bean sprouts/tokol, kol, and salada. We can add the dressing for this salad made from lemon, vinegar, and soy sauce.
If we dont like raw vegetables, we can bake the potatoes, artichokes, and sweet potatoes, to make a delicious roasted vegetable salad.
5. Low fat Cheese
Can we get some cheese with good quality in food stores, or specialty stores that sell organic food. Cheese is a healthy food which is rich in minerals, vitamins, and essential fats.
We can eat a piece of cheese as a snack, or meal with some whole wheat bread, or with salad vegetables.
6. Tuna
Very easy to get canned tuna (just make sure it's low sodium). Tuna is a source of rich protein and essential fatty acids, in addition to low-calorie, tuna is one of the fish was very tasty.
Tuna will certainly be one of those snacks that are healthy and delicious without the sugar.
